Here's the costume I designed and made for Silver Fairy variation in Sleeping Beauty. This is not completely made by me, the tutu skirt (the white net plate) is by Menkes - a Spanish dance wear brand. What I made is the bodice and ornamented overskirt.
The bodice is made of silver thread and grey brocade. I've adorned it using silver sequins, beads and rhinestones. The low neckline in the middle (the apparently nude triangle) is nude mesh and the straps are wide and strong nude elastics. The bodice closes at the back with hooks and eyes and is attached to the ornated overskirt. This one is ornated following the same style. I've set sword-like, spiky pieces of brocade over a silver stars printed organza. The piece at the middle front is covered with the same sequins and stones on the bodice. The rest of the brocade pieces on the skirt are just traced with sequins on the edge
The bodice and overskirt set is dettachable (it's fixed to the plate with strong snap buttons, and the overskirt is lightly quilted to the net underneath so it doesn't move while dancing) so the plate can be recycled for another costume.
